Right of Revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The period for revocation is fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (consigned by post mail, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached form, but it is not obligatory.
To observe the deadline for revocation it is sufficient to send out the revocation within the time period.
From Revocation excluded goods
Special orders and re-orders on explicitly request of the customer are excluded from exchange and return.
Consequences of Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to give you all the payments that we have received from you, less international (outside Germany) shipping costs, and must be repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice through your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless we explicitly agreed another; in no case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have to return the goods promptly and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us about the cancellation of this contract, to us (La Purpura de la Rosa, Am Hausberg 12, 45219 Essen, Germany). The deadline is met if you send back the goods within the period of fourteen days. You have to bear the direct costs for retourning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to a not necessary handling to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

ADVICES for try-on:
1: If the goods (especially clothing) are more used than necessary for the normal try-on (for film/photo shoots, shows, interviews, dates, events, ceremonies, performances, office or household activities etc.), are they dirty, sweaty, smelly, deformed (bulged), washed or damaged, the compensation is up to 100% of the purchase price, because such goods are not to sell as new or not for sale anymore.
2: Due to the liability for compensation and for hygienic reasons we advise you to a only short-time try-on of the clothing, in the same way as it would be possible in a shop – our „try-on“ seal should remind you for this. We ask you to be particularly careful with fine knitwear and silk pieces: please pay attention to sharp objects – your jewelry could get get caught in fine materials or threads and cause fabric damage, such as „laddering“. Lingerie, underwear and bath textiles should not be tried directly on the body, but over one`s own laundry. Please try shoes on a soft floor covering to prevent scratches on the new sole.
3: To try-on the clothing, as it would be possible in a normal retail store, please do not damage or remove manufacturer labels, authenticity seals, certificates or our „try-on“ seal, as they serve in the case of a return the unambiguous identification of the original product.
These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective practice of the right of revocation.

To each delivery of La Purpura de la Rosa a return slip is included - it will help you and us to handle your return very smoothly. It also helps us to know your wishes for further orders and to respond to them.
