ADVICES for try-on
- If the goods (especially clothing) are more used than necessary for the normal try-on (for film/photo shoots, shows, interviews, dates, events, ceremonies, performances, office or household activities etc.), are they dirty, sweaty, smelly, deformed (bulged), washed or damaged, the compensation is up to 100% of the purchase price, because such goods are not to sell as new or not for sale anymore.
- Due to the liability for compensation and for hygienic reasons we advise you to a only short-time try-on of the clothing, in the same way as it would be possible in a shop – our „try-on“ seal should remind you for this. We ask you to be particularly careful with fine knitwear and silk pieces: please pay attention to sharp objects – your jewelry could get get caught in fine materials or threads and cause fabric damage, such as „laddering“. Lingerie, underwear and bath textiles should not be tried directly on the body, but over one`s own laundry. Please try shoes on a soft floor covering to prevent scratches on the new sole.
- To try-on the clothing, as it would be possible in a normal retail store, please do not damage or remove manufacturer labels, authenticity seals, certificates or our „try-on“ seal, as they serve in the case of a return the unambiguous identification of the original product.
These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective practice of the right of revocation.
