The parcels are insured. If the delivery will be made in more than one shipment we obviously will charge the delivery costs only one-time.
For delivery to countries outside the EU the taxes and duties have to be payed by the customer. The German VAT for deliveries in this (non-EU) countries will not be charged - see pos. 2.
The delivery is free of charge in the case if the total value of good is more than:

2. VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices of the products and invoices for customers inside EU (European Union) include the 19% local German VAT.
Customers who live outside of the EU (European Union) are entitled to exemption of German VAT. The delivery address must be an address outside of the EU. The final invoice-amount and all shop-prices after "login/registration" will be VAT-free in this case.
3. Methods of payment
As well as the whole ordering process the payment takes place via a "SSL" Comodo secure. Through SSL secured sites use 128-bit SSL certificates and offer the highest level of encryption and security. That is, you can be sure that the communication is protected between your browser and the webserver of this site and secure.

Our payment-partner is "Telecash" with its secure and customer-friendly mode of payment "Click&Pay Easy".

The datas of your credit card will be checked encoded and under strict security procedure for their validity and their solvency.
To advance the security of online-transactions Visa and MasterCard designed the security procedures Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. La Purpura is associated to both special procedures.

La Purpura de la Rosa reserves the right to himself to except certain methods of payment in individual cases. Paying by sending cash or cheque is not possible. We except liability by loss in transit.
